Since 1985, Tom Porter, founder of Malibu Wellness, Inc., has pioneered the use of the L-ascorbic acid form of fresh-dried Vitamin C in skin care and hair care products, including the popular "Malibu Make-Over." Tom's educational program, known as Total Oxidation Management, includes the use of the freshly-activated vitamin applied to the skin.
