Steps

  1. Activate Malibu C® Crystal Gel
    1. Add 1 packet of Crystal Gel to 2 ounces of warm water
    2. Mix product and allow crystals to dissolve
  2. Shampoo hair with Un-Do-Goo® Shampoo, rinse, then towel-dry
  3. Apply Crystal Gel to hair from scalp to ends, taking 1-inch sub-sections
    1. Use maximum pressure of palms and fingertips to push the product into the hair, ensuring complete saturation
    2. After applying Crystal Gel, cover the client’s head with a processing cap
  4. Expose to heat for 5–45 minutes depending on level of buildup
    1. Use a constant, consistent heat source such as a hooded dryer, infrared heat lamp, heat cap, or Spa Mist
  5. After processing is complete, remove from heat
  6. Immediately remove the processing cap and pull the gel from the hair using your fingers like a squeegee
    1. Rinse the product from the hair using warm water
  7. Shampoo with Un-Do-Goo® Shampoo, massaging and lathering vigorously, moving your hands down the hair shaft while scrubbing the product from the hair, and rinse
  8. Apply Malibu C® Miracle Repair Hair Reconstructor and rinse*

*If providing a chemical service, apply Miracle Repair following the service.
