What You'll Do:
- Drive a forklift to pull inventory, prioritizing safety at all times.
- Pick and pack orders accurately, ensuring proper packaging to prevent damage.
- Collaborate with the Logistics Manager and Warehouse Senior Manager to manage orders in Sage 100.
- Research and resolve errors and damages related to shipments.
- Contribute to warehouse organization and implement procedures for improved efficiency.
- Assist with cycle counts and maintain a clean, safe working environment.
- Take on special projects and participate in R&D activities as needed.
- Daily: Review open sales reports, receive and verify customer orders, communicate with management about order issues, pack and ship orders within timeframes, restock empty bins.
- Weekly/Bi-weekly: Attend shipping update meetings.
- Monthly: Ensure all shipments are complete by month-end.
- Annually: Participate in performance reviews and year-end inventory count.
