Job Purpose: Responsible for routine audits, creating work orders based off production schedule, allocating components and reconciling work orders to be posted. Responsible for creating work orders based off production schedule.

Ongoing Responsibilities:
· Participate in the company’s morning stretch. If you are unable to stretch, join the group and do deep breathing or meditation exercises.
· Review work orders and pick tickets to confirm correct components are being pulled.
· Routine audits/cycle counts to ensure FIFO rotation throughout the entire facility for raw ingredients, components and finished goods.
· Clearly communicate all significant inventory changes to the management team.
· Improve, streamline, and implement standardized processes and procedures.
· Expedite/Follow up on all work orders.
· Issue production work orders from Master Production Schedule.
· Assist supervisor with projects upon request.
· Participate in R&D activities upon request of President or R&D Senior Manager.
· Upon receipt of New Item Forms, set-up item in Sage100 with appropriate codes and process through all Departments to fully set up item, including Production to create bill of material.
· Initiate and/or update standard operating procedures, in conjunction with other team members, to assure that all current procedures of the Department are documented as fully as possible.
· Complete all other reasonable tasks as assigned by immediate supervisor.
· Backup to Warehouse Senior Manager.
Daily Responsibilities:
· Verify and process data collected from production work orders in an accurate & timely manner.
· Cycle count reconciliations, maintaining inventory accuracy, entering daily inventory transactions.
· Issue production work orders from Master Production Schedule.
· Check emails upon arrival in the morning and respond to all emails before leaving the office in the afternoon.
· Reconcile work orders and transfers before posting in Sage.
· Ensure daily clocking in/out of Paycor and notify your supervisor of any issues.
Weekly or Bi-weekly Responsibilities:
· Review open projects/daily tasks.
· Issue production work orders for following week based on final production schedule.
Monthly Responsibilities:
· Conduct cycle counts when requested.
· Report end of month scrap.
· Report cycle counts/audits.
· Attend and participate in monthly Inventory/Shipping Department huddle.
Annually:
· Participate in year-end inventory.
· Participate in performance review with supervisor.
